Amitabh Bachchan always shows his spiritual side. He very often visits temples to thank God and to seek his blessing. After receiving applause for his performance in ‘Bbuddha Hoga Tera Baap’, Amitabh Bachchan headed for Ajmer Shariff to untie the dhaga that he had tied 40 years back. He had made a votive (Mannat) long back and as it has been fulfilled now, Big B went to thank God.
The votive is very personal and he does not want to divulge it in public. He says on Twitter, “Attempting to go to Ajmer Sharif tomorrow .. to fulfil a 'mannat' made more than 40 years ago .. to untie a 'dhaga' that I had tied !”
Minutes after posting this message, Big B’s fans frustrated him with non-sense questions whether the votive was about having a grandchild. This was enough to raise the temper of Bachchan who replied displaying his Angry Young Man avatar, “People asking if 'mannat' is for grandchild ..NO ! use your sense .. 40 years ago i will ask this mannat ?? silly ..its personal.”
